How I work
I step into complex, high-stakes environments to bring structure, clarity, and momentum. My experience spans startups, entrepreneurial ventures, and large matrixed organizations, including my own enterprise. This gives me a full-picture understanding of how different environments operate and how execution, decision-making, and stakeholder dynamics must adapt accordingly.
I tailor my approach to fit the reality on the ground — whether working with executive leaders, operational teams, external partners, or vendors. I adjust communication style, governance depth, and delivery cadence to ensure alignment, trust, and progress from day one.
I bridge strategy and execution, aligning the big picture with what needs to happen on the ground. I apply predictive, adaptive, or hybrid project and program management approaches based on the initiative and organization — from structured, waterfall-driven environments to agile, lean, or fast-evolving contexts.
My approach is rooted in a nuanced understanding of people, cultures, and perspectives. Drawing on extensive international and multicultural experience, I decode differing viewpoints, align stakeholders, and turn potential friction into productive collaboration.
To enable this, I design & implement clear, fit-for-purpose frameworks, tools, & communication streams, including:
Program and project governance models adapted to the organization and initiative
Stakeholder and ownership structures using proven practices (RACI models, stakeholder assessments, engagement plans)
Risk and dependency management through structured RAID logs and early risk identification
Scope, schedule, cost, and delivery controls to keep initiatives realistic, aligned, and on track
Collaboration, reporting, and tracking systems using tools such as Jira, Asana, Coda, MS Project, and Google Workspace
